Small, and sure of it. The body curves like a half moon, flat at the base so it stands. Pebbled black, a brown strap stitched in white, a gold-tone tab at the front. Two gold-tone swivel clips hold the strap. It unclips at both ends. A single zip runs the top. Inside, one lined compartment. In go a phone, a card wallet, keys, a lipstick. Not a book. Not a bottle. That's the trade. One colour, black. One size, small. Carried by hand it reads like a clutch that kept its strap. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
