Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most US deliveries arrive within roughly a week of ordering; the exact estimate for your order is shown on the product page before you check out.
Which carrier will deliver it?
US orders ship via USPS, Veho, Better Trucks and others. Canadian orders use Skip, Dragonfly, Flashbird and others. International orders ship with DHL. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier, and carriers can change.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. See our order tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are your responsibility — they are billed to you directly and are separate from our shipping charge.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email bestsupplymart1@gmail.com first. If your return is approved we send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Contact us immediately with a photo. We will evaluate it and put it right.
What cannot be returned?
Perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care goods, and hazardous or flammable materials.

How do they attach?
Each piece has an adhesive backing. Peel it, press it onto any clean, smooth surface, and switch it on. No nails, screws or tools.
Will they damage my walls?
They are designed for clean removal from smooth, sealed surfaces such as painted walls, doors, tile and glass. As with any adhesive, we recommend testing on a small hidden area first, and taking extra care on freshly painted walls, textured surfaces and wallpaper.
Are batteries included?
Yes. Each piece runs on 2 x CR2032 coin cells, supplied with your order. They are user-replaceable — open the base to swap them.
How many designs are there?
Eight: haunted castle, spider, flying witch, ghost, witch on broomstick, dead tree, jack-o’-lantern and a bat cluster. Sizes range from roughly 3.6 x 9.8 cm up to 12 x 8 cm.
Can I use them outdoors?
They are intended for indoor use and covered outdoor areas such as a porch. Avoid direct rain and standing water.
Which bundle should I choose?
8 pieces suits a single door or small feature. 16–24 covers a hallway or a full wall. 48 is for whole-room and multi-room displays.
Payment & security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
What can I pay with?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay and the other accelerated options shown at checkout.
